Oxidized - CTWUG Automated Router Config Backup and Tracking

After starting logging to nms (via an update to WMS scripts) Oxidized rescans will now be triggered live as nms detects log entries that indicate the config might have changed (for Mikrotik only at this stage). So your router configs will be backed up as you change it.
