Our company based in Woodstock is looking for a Telephonic support person to assist clients with the their WiFi needs. Basic troubleshooting - SMTP, Web Proxy plus
Basic Understanding of operating systems - windows 7,8 and MAC OSX, Linux will be beneficial
Good telephone skills essential.
Initially the working hours will be 8am to 5pm during the training period but thereafter you will be required to work one week Shifts and one week 8am to 5pm. A shift is 1pm to 10pm Tuesday to Frday and Sunday 4pm to 9pm
