I Rather than starting a new thread I’m opening this one to ask the three candidates if they could mail me their motivations(this is not compulsory). It would be nice if I could get it Wednesday at the latest would like to include it in the agenda(agenda to be posted on Thursday).
I ask all three candidates individually to send in motivations on or before Wednesday.
Constitution
7.7. Each nominee should prepare a short background of himself/herself and his/her area of expertise. This should be submitted 22 days before the meeting to accompany the Agenda.
Friday was just in time as per constitution, would of been nice if it was in the time frame requested and added to the official motivation.

Im sorry that I could not submit within the time frame that was requested but like I said work(1st),CTwug(2nd) so I could not. Thanks Ogon for checking the constitution.

" I have a private life respect it, yes sometimes I wont have time to reply to all questions but they will be answered.
Yep, all very true. But you should be aware of the time required to function properly as a committee member. You’re voluntarily accepting nomination which means you’re agreeing that you DO have the time to function in the role effectively.
Take it from me, I’ve done it for 2 years. If you can’t write a paragraph about yourself in 5 days, you don’t have the time to be on the committee.
A last reminder that the gm is tomorrow. After you filled in the attendance register please report to a comms to be registered to vote for our new treasure.
