Also installing a new link: Callisto-Morne04 to serve as a new link for users in Sonstraal Heights

Hi all, thanks for the help so far. Its taken a while, but were almost there.
All the hardware on my side isready:
- Groove to Callisto
- RB750GL
- SXT Lite to link to Sol1
The required admins should have access, I have enabled mac telnet on all devices.
Let me know if there is anything else I must do, otherwise its just IPs and routing to be done.

Wacko141 informed me that the link between Sol1-Koeiklap is not a good idea?Do u have any suggestions perhaps?It’s not easy to find links in other area’s as u also know we are in either in a hole or behind some building in the Durbanville/Sonstraal Heights area.Could u please advise?

Yes, I had a look and that link won’t bring any real benefit to your area.
Regarding links, you guys should contact people in your area and then expand from there. Maybe start making more point to point links to get better speeds in the area, also helps in expanding the area quite quickly and to overcome trees etc.
Once you have ideas, throw it to me and Wacko and we will have a look.

- New enclosure - INSTALLED
- New PoE setup - INSTALLED, @TODO: Config
- Moving from 18 to 26 - @TODO: Sunday 18/10/2015
Future planned upgrades/improvements:
- Replace damaged dish currently used for Rhea link
- Upgrade sselmrah grid to Dual Polarity dish kit
- Upgrade Stiaanm link to Dual Polarity
- Neaten up cable layout on site

IP range has been moved over to twosix. The following routers were not updated as they were not accessible (This will be investigated further)
- Aquarat
- Brackrat
- sselmraH
- Madwand
Documentation on the site before the IP changes was a bit lacking, so if your wug access has been affected, please let myself or Diabolix know and we’ll try get you back up and running.

My sincere apologies for the delay in fixing problems at Callisto.
Aquarat and I have just visited the site and fixed cable faults…turns out the other side of the cables that were crimped were not done to standard (Example of crimp will be included in album from tonights visit)
We have re-crimped and hopefully resolved this issue. The remaining kit should have its software completed soon and all should be restored to normal shortly.
Once again, I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
