It’s that time of the year(May awards meeting) where we get an opportunity to say thanks to those special wuggers around that makes the wug a lekker place to be. We have added a few new awards.
Main awards
Most helpful Wugger - Please nominate
Biggest donater - no nominations needed
Best new wugger - nominate new wuggers to help us decide
Best looking wug erection - We need wuggers to send in pics of wuggers setups, the committee will choose a few and make a poll to let the wuggers vote, it does not have to be the guys with the highest pole and most grids it could even be a single sxt in a bloekom boom.
Loyalist - wugger no nominations needed
Best service - no nominations needed
We have decided to rename the lifetime awards to the Hall of fame award where would induct a wugger into the hall of fame each year, we have also decided to have a floating trophy with this award.Dade was the recipient of the first lifetime award and seeing that it is actually the same award that has had a name change Dade’s name will be written in first on the trophy. The committee has decided that we will decide winner of this award between us, feel free to help us make up our minds if you can think of someone that has been on the wug for more than 5 years and still is active doesn’t matter how active they are now as long they are still active.
Remember some wuggers took hours out of their lives to help you, all we asking is few minutes of your time to nominate someone.
Minor or funny awards
These awards will be announced and given out at the meeting so make sure you there.
All nominations should be in before 23h59 30th April to give us enough time to have the trophies and certificates made. Please email your nominations to ctwug_comms@googlegroups.com and please state who you are nominating and for what category.
There is only one rule – Committee members can’t be nominated for obvious reasons. One last thing could I ask wuggers if you nominated someone could you please just bump this thread so that other wuggers can see that there actually people being nominated. Don’t say who you nominating.
If I may, could you also add the reasons (examples that you know of) for your nominations in the mail to comms. These would cut out the popularity votes, as well as bump the deserving votes.
My nominations for most helpful wugger is based on what I see on the activity feed.

I’d vote for Aquarat and Ogon as well, but unfortunately Committee members can’t be nominated. Which is a shame, because you guys need a honorable mention.
