While Triton is down and Rage and the Deep-South guys are cut off from the main wug… I have setup a COD4 server at 172.18.91.5 since a couple guys were crying about not being able to get their COD fix in.
Hey guys. How about we organize a braai in the next three weeks, and use it as a get-together to form a plan of action to get DeepSouth out and over Constantia neck? I’m sure if we put some effort into planning this it can be done.
I’m keen, as always. 
I have tentatively scheduled a braai at my spot, for Saturday 4th June, for the Deep South wuggers. Will advise closer to time.

Awesome news for DeepSouth and rest of the wug. pmurgs-pantera link just went live with ospf. So thats means considerably more bandwidth between southern suburbs and northern suburbs. Link is 39km from Fish Hoek to Brackenfell, so thats the second longest link on the wug after my pmurgs-rage link at 40km.
Big thanks to NoWires for helping get Pantera and I such a sweet link.

Hi Deep Southers. Tomorrow I will be upgrading software on my main router, so the ADC hub will be down, and the Kush-Slangkop link will be severed until the upgrade is done. I’ll be commencing at about 20:00, and hopefully it should take less than 30 minutes.

Slangkop node has been down due to power related problems caused by faulty trip switch.
Tempory power has been laid on by building owners to help.
Node is currently online again, but status may change depending on the power.
The electricity authority has given to notice to planned power cut in Kommetjie.
The Slangkop HS and backbone links are likely to be offline on Friday 09-12-2011 from 08h00 to 17h00.
