Disabled OSPF between raptor and roukie

Someone re-enabled this OSPF.

I’ve disabled it again. Please post here to show how you’ve fixed the link before enabling ospf on that link again. That link is definitely not up to WUG standards. (see below).

I will disable links to this RB if people continue to reenable this OSPF.

I’ve left a comment with a link to this post on the ospf interface.

3.3.1. Must be managed by WMS, and administrative access granted to CTWUG Admin.3.3.2. Must run the CTWUG recommended operating system version, or later.3.3.3.
