Start emailing the clients on the Bellville sector. 
You have a point, we will make one project for both but people can indicate the sector that they donate to and we can upgrade according to that. Would be so unfair if one sectors clients has to pay for both upgrades.
Installation for both will take place on the same day though otherwise we have to give up a weekend for each installation.
So either way, both needs to be funded to do the installation of both sectors on the same day.
Iām sure it wonāt take a weekend installing one sector, I will do it Europa is one of the site I always wanted to visit(itās on my bucket list).
Weekend (Saturday or Sunday). Itās a few hours of that day that you loose, I would rather take 2 hours on one Saturday than 1 hour two Saturdays in a row.
You can come along, but I would like to do both in one site visit. Dishes would need to be moved around for the sectors to fit.
Lets say Boston sector is funded within two weeks from when the project was started, sector2 takes 12 months to fund. Would this be fair towards the guys who donated towards the Boston sector.
Prometheus sector upgrade has been loaded on finance page for Ā± a year now with no donations made yet.
You forgot that this is Bellville. 
Should be funded quite quickly with a email to all the clients.

Only R200 donation from Tinman(otto) so far, everyone on Europa always complains about speed, but when there is a project running to upgrade the sectors then users go quite.
If we donāt fund this within 4 months, then I will ask the committee to close this project.

I will reevaluate my donation once CTWUG is a formal NPO with structures in place.
Currently I cannot commit to something that results in being banned without a formal process because someoneās ego was bruised.

Welcome back.
If the reason why you were banned was problematic canāt you tell us about it? The way I read it, the last forum topic was closed in order to protect your dignity.
CTWUG will take a very long time to ever become an NPO. If you cannot commit to us useless individuals on the existing basis then youāre welcome to take your ISO certified self up onto your roof to remove your ICASA certified equipment.
