Getting Stellenbosch connected again

Hey guys so my project for the 2nd Quarter of 2017 will be to get Stellenbosch on the wug again.

I have organised with @NoWires for a link into Welgevonden via node: Bott . Via Welegevonden I would like to expand into stellenbosch itself.

If you stay or know of someone in stellenbosch, welgevonden or Cloetesville that will like to join and grow the network in the area please do let me know ( And remember to Plot your/their nodes).

I would like to Plan these links correctly in order to ensure that we can get as much area covered. Stellenbosch is very tricky due to all the Trees, and Hills.
