Just to hear from the experts can i load Server 2016 on this server 64bit

yes you can. Just make sure the room you are going to put it in has good ventilation. Preferably aircon. And that it is far away from where you sleep as it is quite loud. Other than that its a great server for the money. Make sure that its allready loaded with enough ram as that ram is ddr2 ecc which is End of life and quite expensive on the 2nd hand market unless you import from ebay

Lucky the server is not by me but is going into a mini server room ,
And there is 16gig ram in the server already with 8 x 146GB SAS 2.5" Hard Drives

What raid is that again and how much space is it all together ?
