Anyone know if Venus is up?
Venus IP’s are traceable, however your RB isnt.

Tried scanning now, can’t see Venus sector 1 anymore…
Seems like I cant ping any clients on the sectors, but it is online, maybe just needs a reboot?

The sector is up and there is only one client connected. I can ping the client’s RB
Can you perhaps scan and reconnect.
The frequency is 5600, ssid: venus1, wireless protocol nv2
And thats what I got… my old SSID was http://ctwug.za.net/venus1
no its still http://ctwug.za.net/venus1 that.
Make scanlist 5700-5800
reboot your rb perhaps.
also perhaps upgrade the ROS its extremely old

I did download the current ROS from the Mikrotik site. Seesm I went back though ???

Seems that I am down again and can’t see Venus1 in my scan list again…
Any suggestions as to what I can do on my side ?
Set scanlist on default and see.
Back up again, thanks… seems the channel I was set on was 5600 and Venus1 is set to 5540. My scanlist was set to 5700-5800.

All RB’s are traceable.
And certain clients are traceable on that AP.
Side note, Change Scan List to 4900-6000
