Hi I am on the Gordons bay mountain node #2309 I have two ubiquity 23dbi airgrids ready for use all I need is someone who would be willing to let me set one up on their pole that has line of sight to me please let me know asap I am very amped to get things moving I can also pay for extra gear if needed such as poles and such.
I’m seriously confused now.
Last I told you was to connect to the DrakeHome sxt which I had set up for you and then did not hear from you again. So I’m not sure now.
Do you want somewhere else to connect to rather?
I know I’m not too clued up about everything but this is something which needs to be worked through. I turn to others when I’m stuck to ask for guidance so the link won’t always go up as quickly as one would like because it’s your time, my time and the next persons time that needs to be taken into consideration.
Anyway… If you still want to connect to DrakeHome then let me know and we can see when we both have time to be at our pc’s to try and get your connection going.
Sorry for the confusion XD but remember I told you that I suddenly am unable to pickup that sxt at all the or any of the drake home node suddenly. I was looking for others because I didn’t wish to get in your way because of your work that you where busy with and am slightly itching to get connected especially since I have the gear that’s not doing anything else :3 I have sent emails to pretty much ever single node I have loss with XD

But yeah as mentioned, the Drakehome ssid’s were and is running and visible when scanning.
Anyway I’ve been receiving all the emails you’ve been sending to the other nodes as well 
because I’m either co-admin on the nose or the admins forward your mail to me. I have left it to them to respond and assist you if they can but yeah if you still want to connect to Drakehome then you can let me know and we can check sometime why you suddenly don’t pick it up.

I’m in high riding estate in sir lowrys pass and dont really seem to have LOS to anyone. Theres too many damn trees in the way.
Is there some way we can get something setup on the mountains somewhere?

By all means bud, if you have contacts on the mountain or one of the farms then I’m all ears. If we can get something going to create another link into our area then give side guys a point to connect to then yeah cool…
I was thinking of approaching the owners at Bizweni Lodge but I drove past High Riding now and it seems you can’t see the lodge.
Anyway lemme know if you have a spot.
If you need to get in touch let me know, the couple that manages Bezweni Lodge are personal friends of mine. They already have some stuff just above the lodge for a commercial WISP, they might well be able to persuade the owner to allow some WUG stuff up there.

Yeah I’ve seen the equipment there. I’ll take a drive up there in a few or maybe tomorrow evening just to check LOS to High Riding. If it looks promising then I’ll definitely call on you kind sir 
its snowball ISP that have Equipment up there. I used to use snowball for a while and have great LOS to the lodge from where I am in High riding…
I’m willing to put cash towards this to get a high site up and running at bezweni lodge…
Yes, I wasn’t sure if mentioning the ISP’s name would break some obscure rule

Sorry I’m only replying now.
I spoke to the lodge manager to give him a basic idea of what CTWUG is all about. He in turn spoke to the owner, who is not against the idea, and has given the lodge manager the go ahead to chat to you guys and gather whatever info they need so that they can make a decision.
Whoever will be dealing with this let me know and I’ll PM you the contact details.
