Ogon welcomed everyone and thanked them for coming.

The committee has decided to turn nemesiskfn into a ctwug highsite. The stie will be renamed to Nemesis to stay in line with ctwug site naming conventions.

Election – Thanks to our 3 years in a row election officer @gordon808 the election went very smooth 50 people voted.

Spin technical update

  1. DNS servers- Going to be selective about new servers as there are to many.
  2. Hacking incidents. OSPF rb’s with internet access & someone was able to scan the network. If you have internet on an ospf rb please ask spin to help you with the firewall settings.
  3. WMS updating scripts to backup ospf rbs,Fix wind entries & ubnt devices
  4. Actively working Disabling bad ospf links until they fixed

Gekido Projects

  1. 2 outstanding projects
  2. Rhea-Shadow link upgraded to 25dbi AC iso beams installed
  3. Lapetus sector 2 down. rb needed a netinstalled
  4. Lapetus- Airwolf link down taken down and netinstalled
  5. Mimas site decomission. Still need to arrange date & time.

StiaanM Financial

  1. Expenses R25 768.53
  2. Income R77 520.51 (mainly because of DDay)
  3. Current bank balance is just under R99 559.49

Npo status – We are still looking for and accountant (Vdubman has offered to assist)

Raffle and auction went very well.

I casted mine via proxy as I work on Saturdays. Not sure if I did it in time though, did it on the morning very early. Did get a PM on the forums though from the bot that it was cast.
