I able to connect to horus site in Stellenbosch (Node #17167), however, this site is inactive. Is there any new APs coming up in Stellenbosch area?

horus is no longer active.
It’s been a real challenge to a proper node up in Stellenbosch due to the mountains. I would suggest doing a test scan to see what nodes you can pickup.
