Rb6.mars down, mars5 and mars6 SSIDs unavailable

Hi. One of Mars’s client routers has died - rb6.mars. This will cause Mars5 and Mars6 SSIDs to be unavailable.

@nin1313. I have been looking at the problem since earlier today. It looks like Mars1 sector took a hit with the rain last night and potentially damaged the POE injector as most of the sectors and my link have severe packet loss.

@JellyBean is currently overseas but myself and @Ogon will try to get to the site as soon as possible (after work in the week one day) to assess the situation.
