My sxt is connected to my hAp.
I can access the hAp through winbox but not the sxt.
I had a similar problem where I couldn’t log in to hAp, so I hard reset it.
Am I able to reset the sxt thru the hAp or do I have to hard reset the sxt as well?
Hard reset is gonna be a pain cos the sxt is mounted on a pole nearly 15m off the ground.
Please advise.
First try plugging the sxt into your pc directly or a laptop. When youve done this see if you can login via Mac address.
Ok, it is currently plugged straight into PC but how do I work around the password to log in?
No where did you state that you don’t have the login details, who is your admin maybe they have a login on the sxt?

It says “in winbox” then I assumed you logged in and would like to change the login credentials.
