Retractable reel keyring

Hi guys,
I’m looking for those keyrings that has a retractable string inside for an access tag. Any idea where I can find one? Im only finding them on chinese marketplaces like wish etc. But want to try and find local first.
If you don’t know exactly what I’m talking about, just Google Retractable Keyring.
