But it should not affect your ability to trace to wind.

We fixed the issue. Issue was a typo in the user email address that made it invalid. User email needs to be valid for sending out emails to others.

No if i try and send a admin a mail on wind i just get “A general error occured. Please, report this to the system administrator(s).”

Test by refreshing the page. If it doesn’t load you are blocked either by a bag link or the script.
I logged in yesterday after we sorted my Wind email problem. Then last night when i got home it would go in now this morning still the same. Just hang on “Logging to the sysytem”. So was only last night i tried 3 times & this morning same thing.Username password correct. Only change i made was removing the one email address for wind emails to work.

I tried same thing. Even tried my pc at home now still nothing.
Let me know the ip you are using as well. I will look at it tongiht. Just to be clear have you refreshed the page and what does it say when you refresh the page?
I refreshed get back to the new wind page i click login put in my details then it hangs. i tried from chrome and ie. Thought maybe a browser issue. Ip im trying from is 172.18.116.69 and then also from my work via internet.
