Here’s what happened to my Allu pole last year 
Unfortunately i cannot raise a galv steel pole as it’s just too difficult… So now i have a 50mm with 2mm wall thickness allu pole which is working wonders!
Sorry to hijack, where did you find the pole? I looked for a while but couldn’t fine 2mm thick ones
Mother works in the industry and sourced it for me 
New setup 4m galvanized steel pole and the big tripod bracket. It’s been solid so far.
However my signal has changed, so there is something to work on.
Now that I got more stuff to work with maybe one day I’ll get a ptp with someone

Overall nicely done. I like those dish antennas but unfortunately I cant use one because it would be overkill since my link is down the road
Never overkill going bigger dish… the bigger the dish, the lower tx power you can run, so the less wireless noise you make!
