Hi there, I would like to replace my 411 / rocket dish with a LHG 5 dish as a test as I am getting incredibly bad ccq, can you please add the following MAC to the Rhea 5ghz sector, if it is worse I will revert to the current setup. The new MAC is E4 8D 8C 61 65 8D

WiND Node: 1295
PC IP:172.18.16.29
RB IP:172.18.16.30
RB has ctwug/ctwug login?: yes

Bad CCQ can be freq related or hardware. So good luck and hope it is only freq issue. :slight_smile:

Hi Wolf, Jenny.co.za has started transmitting on the same freq

Then a new freq must be put in place from the HS side. Do freq usage test on both your and HS sides and see what is available as clear or less ocupied on both side.

I have added the Mac address for you, please let me know if it looks better. If not then well have to look for a new frequency.

They causing problems in our area as well.

I wonder is someone can help me … i have installed the LHG and getting way better signal but TT / DC are not connecting ( I most likely did something in the config but dunno what

The LHG is currently connected to the wug, -59 … yay … ccq still crap though ( maby cause I am not downloading at this time
I have setup a ctwug read acc ctwug / ctwug, pls let me know if must setup an admin acc

i tried to view your settings via the read account could not get in maybe mac server is not enabled on your rb or there is still default firewall rules on the rb. Did u add the route under ip then routes?

u are missing the 172.16.0.0/12 route

in the terminal window u can paste this line and press enter it will add the missing route

/ip route add dst-address=172.16.0.0/12 gateway=172.16.17.245 comment=“Route to WUG”

EDIT: lol made a typo should be

/ip route add dst-address=172.16.0.0/12 gateway=172.18.17.245 comment=“Route to WUG”
