I would like to join CTWUG and need some advice. I created my Wind account and I am yet to create my Node. My request is basically what equipment will I need and who will I link to as I don’t want to buy the wrong things. I am in Highbury Kuilsriver so if anyone can assist that would be much appreciated.

From what I see Spanner or Gekido is closest
Try and contact @Spanner or @Gekido, Gekido also has a test kit you can use to scan with so you can better decide what you want to purchase
Okay now you get hold of @Stiaanm ( He is in charge of the Kuilsrivier test kit) and then do a scan whit the equipment to be able to determine your best connection point.
Wind gives a good chance of connecting to about 4
Get the kit do the scan …
Post screen shots here and if you can get on the roof and take some Hi-Def pics and post on your node page of all directions
Okay I will contact @Stiaanm to assist with the test kit and take some pictures when I get home and post them. Priority for me now is just to get a basic setup and get connected.
Thats why you will be doing a scan , no use you go and buy a citi golf and you need a 4X4 
Yes definitely, better to spend wisely the 1st time around. And thanks for the assistance so far, hopefully I can get my connection up within this month still.
