I still have not been able to get hold of niemies to get the details of our contact at titan to arrange for site access. clearly the number i have for niemies is wrong, so if someone else has his number please pm me. i have time this week, so the sooner we get permission, the more time we have for alignment. etc. thanx

Make sure his scanlist is on default and country on ireland.
I have made contact with @PollyG to see if he can help us with a new contact number.
Niemies also didnât respond to me on his old number.
Confirmed default and Ireland setting.
Herewith is the scan - doesnât pick up Titan1 at all.

Hi @Ibeast I know that @Vdubman still has a few open slots available and we should be able to accommodate you there. If the millions of trees in the area blocks the link I do have a backup plan.
My new tower (Shadow) has been installed and just needs some final touches before the new ac sector and ac omni will run at the intended altitude 
you should have perfect LOS to both.

Not sure if this has relevance, but a recent experience brings me to this.
You did not at any point do a firmaware upgrade or factory reset on any of the sides? I recently installed a new dish and mistakenly selected the incorrect country code in the firmware. The result is that it saw other devices, but NOT the one I was looking for, even tho its was roughly the correct scanlist. Did my head in for some time, untill a helpfull fellow wugger hacked the RB for me to select the âcorrectâ country code, then all was good with the world again.
Just something worth considering.

Hi @Diabolix, I managed to sort it out yesterday morning after I posted on the forum. I updated the ROS to the latest version and then it started picking up titan1 again. I think I @iBeast was on pre ROS 6.40.
Maybe thatâs what changed on the HS - they updated the ROS?

This seems to have been something else as @spin mentioned elsewhere with the configs. This is now sorted.

Site is still down, No connectivity to Titan 4 from Brackenfell.
yes all sectors and ptp links down. edgerouter ip not pingable.

Good morning Spin. Titan remains down after 2 weeks of first notification. A lot of members rely upon this high-site and we are all willing to assist. What can we did to expedite the process?
@iBeast we are already trying to organize a site visit, please try and be patient.
