We can change the colour schemes via CSS settings in the site? How’s yours? I don’t know it. Maybe once everyone has settled down here for a bit we can suggest an colour schemes and try it for a week and see how it works?

I was thinking big picture for groups and areas. Add groups of users automatically from wind that takes the member’s node’s areas and adds them to those groups. Then those members have access to area specific categories.

In the mean time I will add the category. :smiley:

on wind there is no group for belhar also. but if you make these changes we will be algood.

@rmx im sure i did add a group to wind called belhar om request of mousten. I added es ot just after the November meeting.

Not a way to change it AFAIK. I don’t see a huge problem with it, but it would be nice to get an unbiased (by the poll results at least) view.

So glad we are moving away from VBulletin. I would however suggest that we create a nice and simple landing page when someone goes to http://ctwug.za.net.

from the landing page users can select to visit different wug websites like:

Forum, Wiki, WiND etc…

the landing page can also be used to guide new users in the correct direction instead of being greeted by the forum immediately.

We can harness the Landing/Home page to show important dates for meetings, latest facebook/Twitter news and show services online status.

Just my 2c and well done to everyone involved
