I don’t mind changes that don’t take away from upgrades. Upstream is under active development and I’d like to bring down newest changes quickly and easily. So if changes don’t conflict with that I’m happy.

the new forums rocks, i like the notifications setup . looks like around the area where my profile is it lists new posts and also see pop alerts. still checking it out further see what additional there is that i didnt pickup yet, but over all its super cool.

I noticed last night that i could not open the new forum in game time. I will give more details tonight.Just a heads up
@Demented would be good if you can give me access to your closest RB so I can diagnose from there. I just want to be able to trace from your point of view. PM me login. If you have an OSPF RB nearby just tell me which and I can use that. No need to create login.
@Spaffy also has an issue. I’m going to try and look at it again tonight.

I like the clean modern look of the new forum but I prefer the way the old forum has everything organised visually.
On the whole I prefer the new forum.
I got home tonight and all is good again …Im more on the forum now then I have ever been before.

I have a basic one avaiable. As far as I can tell it’s a site setting. Not a user setting. Wondering what @Wacko141 did? Must be some CSS hackery.

I have a theme that looks more or less like that. It’s just really dark? I mean it looks like it might be a Metallica fan site?
Can you play around and post pics with a bit lighter colours? Once we have something a little less Death Metal Black we can try it for a week on the live site. Just need the colour values you used to add to site setting.
Or find a discourse instance with colours you like and we can borrow those.
Hi, I tried to attach a pdf file to a post and it would not allow me. Only images are supported.
Is that a forum setting that needs changing or am I overlooking how to attach files? (not inline images)
