I will start the ball rolling with some obvious ones I use:
*use waste water from washing machine (about 50 litres in my case) to flush toilet
*catch water from shower before it starts running hot
*have diffuser fitted on taps
*get hot water from kettle when washing dishes instead of waiting for water to run hot

Any other suggestions?

How to save water… Start filling a supply

Mess around with toilet mechanism to fill to half than usual volume/replace with reuse water as mentioned above.

Fill bottles with water, fit small tube usually used in fish tanks, fit on lid, to use for washing hands and other small uses for clean water…

Drink less coffee/Tee. Drink more cooldrink… it’s already made with water when there was still right…

Or drink milk… doesn’t need water

Braai More… never need water to cook anything… Sorry to those who do not eat meat… braai veggies too maybe

I’ve created a spreadsheet that helps you track consumption and shows you how you are doing in the per person per day consumption figure.

You can’t improve what you don’t measure is my saving tip
