Security Notice - Upgrade to Router OS 6.40.6

Given threats raised before I want to strongly recommend upgrading to the latest bugfix release of Router OS so as to protect against some vulnerabilities identified recently.

There are three ways afaik via quickset, the package manager and downloading the latest version from Mikrotik. Quickset: [image] Package Manager: [image] Head to https://mikrotik.com/download or to https://downloads.ctwug.za.net/mikrotik/routeros/ Choose the right package - in my case SMIPS [image] Drag the package from your downloads folder in to Files in Winbox and reboot. Also ensure that you add firewalls to all internet facing routers.
